We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and operate a no quibble Returns Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Return the item to us in the original packaging in a resalable condition within 30 days of the order date. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. Your refund will be issued in the same method used for the original payment. Unfortunately postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded.
